Yoga with Jennie Olson Six: December and January Class Schedule

My friend Jennie Olson Six is an amazing, nurturing Yogini. She is always sharing her love of yoga and making it accessible to anyone. She sent out an email with some of her upcoming classes for December and January, and I thought I’d share it. For some of us (myself included), it’s hard to get out and “go do” yoga or other classes, especially when kids are out of school. If you want to learn more about Jennie (who she is, what she offers, etc), here is her website.

Virtual Sleep Well Yoga with Jennie Olson Six

My friend and Yogini, Jennie Olson Six is offering an awesome, relaxing 30 minutes of unwinding movement and the rest of the time is a restful relaxation.

You can do this on your mat or in bed and then drift off to sleep!

Most of us miss our pre-pandemic exercise time. I don’t know about you, but I miss the quiet relaxation that yoga provides. It is impossible for me to do yoga in a house full of people (and CAT). Interruptions (mom mom mom mom mooooooom), cat trying to sleep on my mat, even the Amazon Guy knocking on the door- OY VEY.

The best part of this class is that it fits every budget-By Donation or Free
